| Chart of Accounts owner | The one item that gates go-live β a quick decision, not a big build. Being finalized with Rebekka this week, loaded and tested well before launch. |
| Operational config (BUs, PO approval, job costing) | Each workstream has an owner and a session being scheduled. Reviewing what's built and finishing the rest β where the Construction profitability gains come from. |
| Labour hours β job cost | Payroll moves to ADP, kept separate at launch. ServiceTitan still captures technician time against jobs for costing; ADP linkage can follow after go-live. |
| Training in six weeks | Structured schedule starts now; weekly retention checks so the team is genuinely ready, not just enrolled. |
| Final data pull | Only external dependency (Service Fusion). Pre-launch re-pull scheduled now, with buffer, so vendor timing can't affect Aug 8. |

Live Sessions & Demos
1) Self-paced ServiceTitan Academy β short video courses assigned to each person by their role and completed on their own time (technicians do theirs right in the Field Mobile App). Progress is tracked per person in the Onboarding Tracker.
2) Live workflow demos (below) β scheduled with our ServiceTitan consultant to reinforce the self-paced learning. Everyone practices in a sandbox before go-live.
